Delete your MAD Rehabit account
You can delete your account in the app, or ask for it here if you can't sign in.
What we delete
- Your app login. You can't sign in with it again.
- Your subscriptions stop renewing, and your MAD Rehabit Plus and program access in the app ends.
- Saved cards are removed.
- App-only data is cleared: your settings, reminders, bookmarks and the phones linked to the app.
What we keep, and why
- Your clinical record (assessments, notes, programs and session history). Health law requires your clinic to keep medical records.
- Invoices and payment records. Tax law requires us to keep them.
- A note on your file that you deleted your account, and when.
